This is indeed a very bad policy esp in the electronic age. Even it was done in error, this could have been corrected and payments altered to yesterday. As you say its not like Good Friday appears from nowhere. There simply is no excuse.

I HAVE a Maths GCSE and was merely offering support that I found it difficult at the time and would find it difficult to do again now due to the fact that it has been a long time since I have been required to do anything mathematical?
